Our site prices on all our products and services are clear and easily found. The prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT.
Delivery
WineBeerExpress.com offers a fast and effective next day delivery service (we are sorry but this is extended to 2 days for Aberdeenshire and we currently do not deliver to the highlands and Islands. We also do not deliver to the Channel Islands). Provided we receive your order and payment confirmation before 6:00pm your delivery will be made next working day. Delivery will be made between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Saturday. Orders received on Friday before 6pm will be delivered Saturday. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered Tuesday.
Delivery Charge
WineBeerExpress.com next day standard delivery charge is £5.99. So if you order two cases you will only be charged £5.99. If your delivery is to a separate address £5.99 delivery charge will apply. Saturday delivery is charged at standard rate £5.99 and if you order two cases you will only be charged £5.99. If your delivery is to a separate address £5.99 delivery charge will apply. If your corporate order is to multiple addresses a £5.99 delivery charge will apply to each delivery address..

Availability of Products
Whilst we endeavour to maintain an appropriate stock level and not to take orders for product which is not physically in our warehouse stock, should a problem arise we will contact you direct to make alternative arrangements. In the unlikely event of this happening we will be able to recommend a replacement.
Minimum order quantities
Minimum order quantities apply as follows: 6 bottles of champagne, 6 bottles of sparkling wine, 6 bottles of wine, 12 bottles of ale, 12 bottles of cider or 24 bottles of lager.

Cancellation Policy
You must contact WineBeerExpress.com via email sales@winebeerexpress.com or telephone
0845 299 7779 within 7 working days, starting the day after delivery of goods. WineBeerExpress.com will come and collect the goods and refund your money, no questions asked.
Damage in Transit and Returns
If any bottles are damaged on arrival, all we ask is for you to notify us immediately via email sales@winebeerexpress.com or telephone 0845 299 7779 on receipt of goods and we will arrange collection of the goods and damaged product as this may have caused damage to the rest of the case. We will deliver a replacement (same products ordered) within 48 hours.
Complaints
We take any customer complaint very seriously and will handle complaints within 24 hours.
